Refund Policy

Regrettably, we do not offer return or exchange services. However, if you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us via email (address: SethEloise14594@outlook.com) within three days of receiving the goods. The email consultation may take 2-3 working days to process.
We have made our best efforts in quality control, but we are human too. Once you receive the package, please check it immediately after opening and contact us via email within three days of receiving the package if there are any problems. To apply for a return/exchange, your goods must be in accordance with the items you received. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
After receiving the goods, the processing of return/exchange usually takes 7 to 10 working days.
If we find that these conditions are not met, we have the right to refuse to process the return. If your order has been placed for more than 14 calendar days, it no longer meets the conditions for refund/exchange. 

 

Lost/Damaged Packages

Our company does not assume any responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of packages. Once the package is marked by the transportation company (US Postal Service or UPS), the email information you provided at the time of purchase will be used for tracking the package status. If the transportation company loses the package, please contact them and file a claim. We are not responsible for replacing the goods. If insurance fees have been paid, please contact the insurance provider for a claim.

 

Order Edits/Cancellations

Our store does not offer return, exchange or order modification services. Please carefully select the desired style when checking out. Each item has specific specifications. After submitting the order, we cannot add coupons anymore. Once you place an order, it will be processed and cannot be cancelled or changed.
